When you return a DRI DUCK package, your refund process will begin once the package is dropped off at a UPS drop box or return center and scanned. Typically, it takes up to 24 hours for the return to be scanned.
Refunds applied to your original payment method:
Your refund will appear on your statement within 7-10 business days, depending on the processing time of your financial institution. If you choose to receive a refund in the form of original method of payment, $8.50 will be deducted for return shipping cost.
Refunds applied as store credit:
A DRI DUCK e-gift card will be issued once your return is in transit and will be sent to the email used to make the original purchase. If you choose this refund method, the cost of return shipping will be waived.
