We know you can't wait to receive your new DRI DUCK! Unfortunately, this also means that we're unable to cancel or make any changes to your order.

This also applies to changes or cancellations requested while the order is being prepared. This can affect: 
Addition or removal of items 
Change in color/size of items 
Order cancellation request 
Delivery address change 
To check if any change or cancellation is still possible you can select, 'No, I need more help' and our team will reply shortly.

❌ Can I cancel my order?

At DRI DUCK, you can return an item within 60 days from the date of delivery. Once the return has been requested, you have 28 days to return the goods. If you exceed this timeframe, unfortunately, we won't be able to offer a refund or store credit.  

Returns submitted for refund will be subject to a return shipping fee of $8.50, which will be deducted from your refund amount.  

DRI DUCK does not offer exchanges at this time. One option is to return for store credit and repurchase. With this option, a return fee will be waived.

Here at DRI DUCK, we are committed to ensuring the quality of all products ordered through www.driduck.com. If you happen to receive a defective garment or encounter any issues with a stubborn zipper, we are more than happy to assist you. To facilitate the process, kindly submit a photo of the issue along with your order number.

Please note: Items purchased from other vendors are subject to the terms and conditions of that vendor.

✔️ What is DRI DUCK's warranty policy?

We want you to love your DRI DUCK as much as we do! However, DRI DUCK does not currently offer exchanges.

One option is to return for store credit via a DRI DUCK e-gift card. Enjoy the benefit of no return shipping fee for store credit returns. Returns for store credit are exempt from the $8.50 return shipping fee. With this option, an e-gift card will be issued once your return is in transit and will be sent via email. 

Remember: you have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return or store credit.

🔁 Can I exchange my order? 

DRI DUCK designs outerwear with three different fit types: relaxed, standard, and performance. To find the perfect fit for your outerwear and workwear, please refer to our size chart. You can find our size and fit guide by clicking here or viewing below.

📏 How do I pick the right size?

DRI DUCK currently does not currently have any physical storefronts. All DRI DUCK products are available for purchase on our official website www.driduck.com.

🏬 Does DRI DUCK have a retail store?

Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.

Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship within 1-2 business days.
