Sometimes, things just don't work out. It happens!
At DRI DUCK, you can return an item within 60 days from the date of delivery. Once the return has been requested, you have 28 days to return the goods. If you exceed this timeframe, unfortunately, we won't be able to offer a refund or store credit.
Returns submitted for refund will be subject to a return shipping fee of $8.50, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
DRI DUCK does not offer exchanges at this time. One option is to return for store credit and repurchase. With this option, a return fee will be waived.
Outbound shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and with all tags attached. Please include the original order packing materials if possible.
Items from multiple orders should not be combined in one return, as doing so will result in processing delays.
Products that have been decorated, embroidered, screen printed or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
DRI DUCK reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria. Products marked 'Final Sale' on our website may not be returned.
DRI DUCK accepts returns for products purchased only from driduck.com. Any return that was not purchased directly from driduck.com will not be accepted and should be returned to the original point of purchase.
Items lost or damaged due to fire, flood, or natural disaster are not eligible for return.
