Here at DRI DUCK, we are committed to ensuring the quality of all products ordered through driduck.com. If you happen to receive a defective garment or encounter any issues with a stubborn zipper, we are more than happy to assist you.  

Please contact us using the email used to place your order and provide us with more details.  

This is what must be provided: 

  1. Order Number 
  2. Product name and size 
  3. Images where the flaw can be seen clearly 

Once we receive all the images required, we will evaluate the incident and do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
