HOW CAN I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?Updated 4 months ago

We are thrilled to receive your receive your order and can't wait for you to try DRI DUCK! 

Checking the status of your order is very simple. In just a few clicks, you can know its complete status: 

• Access your account or this icon at driduck.com where you can see all your orders and review the order status by clicking on the order number associated with the order in question. Remember that if you forget your password, you can reset it.  If an order appears unfulfilled, this means it has not been shipped yet - however, it could be in preparation. 

• Access the shipping confirmation email you receive once the order leaves our warehouse to track your package and check the delivery status once it has been fulfilled. Click on Track Your Package you will be redirected to the carrier's website, where you can see where the package is and carriers estimated delivery date.
