I AM MISSING AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?Updated 4 months ago

We're so sorry that there's an item missing from your order! Before contacting us, we recommend checking the following:

  • Review your order, both from the order confirmation you received and from your account on driduck.com to confirm the missing item is included in the order confirmation.  

If you've placed multiple orders, your orders will have different order numbers - this means different deliveries and no incomplete orders. 

What we can do for you: 

  • In the case the product is in stock, we will send you a replacement at our cost.
