I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY ORDER CONFIRMATION, WHAT SHOULD I DO?Updated 6 months ago

If you provided a valid email address during the checkout process at driduck.com, you will receive a confirmation email including your order number, and a summary of the products purchased, shortly after you have placed your order. To find it easily, look for the subject line containing, "Your Order ###### is Confirmed!"

If you don't see a email from DRI DUCK, refer to your junk or spam folder. 

If you haven't received a confirmation email within 24 hours after purchase, it is often the case that there is an error in the email address provided. In any case, please contact us so we can send the confirmation email to the correct email address as soon as possible.
